The festival will stage 650 events in over 40 venues, with about 150,000 people having at least one Fringe experience during the festival. The Festival will run for sixteen days and will transform Dublin into a ‘dream factory’, an exhibition of brilliant creative talent from around the globe and Ireland. It is a platform for the greatest emerging, new Irish arts companies and a showcase for the best contemporary theater and dance shows that are touring internationally. For artists, Fringe provides an opportunity to innovate, to cross boundaries and to find new ways and locations to create art.
