At Premier Apartments we are committed to providing our guests with comfortable, safe and memorable experiences. As part of this we want to assure all our guests of our commitment to assist them in the unfortunate event their planned stay is disrupted by Volcanic Ash and have produced a charter for all Premier Apartments.
Each of our properties has committed:
- If individuals are unable to travel and contact us we will cancel bookings without penalty and whenever possible transfer the reservation on the same or similar terms. If a guest has booked a fully prepaid Advance Purchase rate and does not know their future plans and doesn’t wish to rebook at that time we will allow full refunds.
- For guests staying with us who need to extend their reservation until the ash disruption has passed and they can fly again, we will adhere to contracted rates.
- We will continue to make every effort and offer key services at our disposal to facilitate guests needs (e.g. laundry service, Internet access, or accessing repeat medical prescriptions).
- To assist our guests arranging their return journey working with local tourist offices and agencies to facilitate the individuals requirements.
- Throughout periods of ash disruption we will continue to provide regularly updated travel information.
- For group bookings and seminars we will offer clients the opportunity to rebook within 30 days. If that is not feasible we will work with the client to select dates prior to 31st December 2010. If the client does not wish to rebook charges will apply.
