On the temnth of December there will be the Dublin city centre treasure hunt which will begin on O Connell Street at 10:30 AM Saturday morning. There is sure to be a large crowd at the event so be sure to get there early for extra clues and a good starting point.
On the 11th, Sunday Morning there will be a peoples market which is in essence a market for the people made by the people. Peoples Park comes alive every Sunday with a multi cultural assortment of produce. The market boasts a very cultural dimension, with Japanese, Croatian, Lebanese, Italian, French, Chinese, Indian, Greek, Pakistani, Polish, Palestinian and Czech produce available, not to mention an abundance of Irish merchandise. It’s a fantastic getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city to be able to relax and enjoy some homemade produce with something for all of the family to do
On The 13th of December, Monday Evening and night we have “Battle Of The Axe” a stand up mic show that presents the best in song and standup from Dublins finest. This event is in the centre of the city so it is sure to bring a wide variety in acts to perform. This month looks to be an exciting month in Bristol for all guests. There is the encounters film festival which kicks off on Wednesday the 16th of November and runs through to Saturday the 19th of November. It looks to be an exciting event that has returned every year due to huge demand even though it was only meant to be a once off event. Also this month is Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra. Jools Holland is the king of Boogie – Woogie and has launched his hugely anticipated autumn/winter tour of 2011 alongside special guest Chris Difford. As Bristol is home to one of the best comedians in the world, Lee Evans. Its no surprise that there is some amazing comedy clubs available to frequent such as the “Comedy Box” that is hosting some fantastic shows this month. Also towards the Start of December there will be Hundreds of Santa’s coming to town! There is also so much on to keep the kids happy and out of your ear and with events like ice skating, bowling, wildlife parks, a visit to the circus, mountain-biking to name but a few…you might actually get to like having the kids for the day. On December 4th, watch as hundreds of Santa’s flock to the streets to provide sponsorship and much needed aid to The Children’s Hospice South West. This is a fun activity for all the family and all proceeds go towards a good cause.

In Liverpool this weekend we have the British Musical Firework Championships, an outstanding display that can be enjoyed by all ages. Watch in dismay as seven competitors battle it out to be crowned winner of the 2011 British Musical Firework Championships. Each challenger will have to choreograph there show to the rhythm of music. Each display last 20 minutes and will bring you the best firework show that you will have seen to make sure they are crowned champions!
